Priority Renewal
Each year, season ticket holders have the first
chance to renew their season subscription.
This allows renewing subscribers first
opportunity to reserve (or change) their
favorite seats.
Easy Exchange
As a subscriber, if you are unable to attend a
show, you may exchange your tickets for any
remaining performance of the same show free of
charge beginning July 1, 2008. Subject to
availability, exchanges must be made at least 24
hours prior to the scheduled performance and are
limited to one exchange per production.
Ticket Insurance
If your tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed,
duplicate tickets will be provided for your same
seats free of charge.
No Handling Fees
You will never be charged any hidden fees when
purchasing. Purchase your tickets by phone,
online, or by
mail and you pay the ticket price

Your 2008-2009 tickets can be purchased by
phone,
online or
mail. Simply choose the
night of your choice, the quantity, and then
place your order.
Convenient and Safe Parking
All performances take place in the Dr.
Charles & Mary Katherine Borchers Performance
Hall in the new Leo J. Welder Center for
the Performing Arts at 214 N Main Street
in Downtown Victoria. Plenty of well lit
parking is available in the Wells Fargo
parking garage on the NW corner of Main and
Goodwin as well as ample street parking. -

Accessibility
The Borchers Performance Hall and Welder Center
is wheelchair accessible and wheel chair
seating is available for every performance.
Assisted listening devices that amplify stage
sounds are also available.
Ticket Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. you may
donate tickets you cannot use to Theatre
Victoria as a Tax-deductible contribution up to
24 hours prior to an event.

Due to the volunteer nature of our organization,
box office hours are scheduled according to
season and demand. Please call the Box
